At Aquarium Co-Op Online Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
